the meet & greet
Meet & greets are required prior to beginning services with us.
Meet & greets are a great opportunity for us to meet you,
get to know your pets, learn their routine and space, and answer any questions you may have before your reservation. During the meeting your pet will be assessed for personality, behavior, temperament, and general health. We may request a demonstration of command knowledge, or assess level of separation anxiety.
How meet & greets work:
We'll come to your home or meet you at ours depending on the service, at your scheduled meet & greet time.
We'll spend some time getting to know your pets to make sure they become familiar with us and we're able to connect with them.
Then, we'll go through your paperwork so we can ask any clarifying questions. Once that's done, you'll have the opportunity to ask us any questions, too!
If we decide to move forward, we'll get you confirmed for your first reservation and celebrate!

Sleepovers are overnight pet boarding stays in our home. Pets will receive round-the-clock care and attention, including affection, playtime with treats if allowed, and frequent walks and outdoor time. Please note, there are no additional charges for multiple daily walks, extra outside time, or extra playtime, and our treats are always complementary.

Playdates are at-home dog sitting visits where we come to your house throughout the day to care for your pets on their schedule. Visits last approximately 30-minutes and include feeding, walking, playing, administering medications, cleaning food/water dishes and feeding area, cleaning enclosure, and giving the pets lots of love and attention. An optional 60-minute upgrade is available for pets who need more love.
We’re always happy to accommodate any special requests or instructions you may have. And bonus: we will provide basic obedience/behavior training, reinforce good walking behavior, and clean up any mess they make during walks - at no additional charge.

Dog walks are at-home pet visits where we come to your house and take your dog out on their schedule. Visits last approximately 30-minutes, with an optional 60-minute upgrade. At the end of each walk, your dog will receive fresh water and treats, and you will receive a report card detailing your dog's activity and behavior during the walk. You can also track your dog's walks in real-time with our mobile app, so you know exactly when your dog is out for their walk and where they went.
We’re always happy to accommodate any special requests or instructions you may have. And bonus: we will provide basic obedience training, reinforce good walking behavior, and clean up any mess they make along the way with our poop scoop service - at no additional charge. Your neighbors will thank you!

For Cat Care, we come to your home to provide pet care services. Care includes feeding (or rotating dry food), refreshing or refilling water, scooping the litterbox, plenty of attention, playing, and cuddling. You will receive a report card detailing your cat's activity and behavior during the visit. You can also track your cat’s service reports in real-time with our mobile app, so you know exactly when your cat’s visit started and how it went.
